Questions sellers ask us
When will Resale Keeper be available?
We're building it now and will open early access to the waitlist first. Join the waitlist and we'll email you as soon as you can try it.
How much will it cost?
Early access is free. After launch there will be a free plan for occasional sellers and an affordable paid plan for vendors and estate sale companies who sell every week.
Do I need a computer?
No. Resale Keeper is designed for your phone first, so you can photograph, price and sell items right at your table or in the house. It also works on tablets and computers.
Can I store photos of my items and receipts?
Yes. You can add photos to every item and attach receipt photos to purchases and expenses. Photos are compressed on your phone so uploads are quick even on mobile data.
I run estate sales for clients. Will it handle consignment?
That's a big part of what we're building: tracking which client each item belongs to, commission splits, discount days and a settlement report you can hand to the family.
Is my data private?
Your inventory, sales and customer details belong to you. They are only visible to you and the team members you invite, and you can export everything at any time.
